2. Platform Functionality

Our Site connects Job Seekers with Clients for contract-based work opportunities. We do not guarantee employment, and we are not a party to any employment or independent contractor agreement formed between a Job Seeker and a Client.

3. Job Seekers

a)       Job Seekers may create profiles, upload resumes, and apply to postings.

b)       You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

c)       You are solely responsible for negotiating your own contracts, insurance coverage, payment terms, and understanding the terms of any engagement with a Client.

4. Clients

a)       Clients may post job listings and view Job Seeker profiles.

b)       Clients agree to use the platform solely to evaluate and hire candidates on a contract basis.

c)       CONTRACTENGINEERINGJOBS.COM L.L.C. is not responsible for the actions or qualifications of any Job Seeker.

5. Payment Terms

We may charge fees for certain services. All payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay any applicable fees in accordance with our posted pricing and billing terms.

6. No Employment Relationship

We are not an employer of Job Seekers and do not control the Client–Job Seeker relationship. Any agreement between a Client and a Job Seeker is strictly between those parties.

7. Content and Conduct

Users may not:

a)       Post false, misleading, or illegal content.

b)       Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation.

c)       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms.

8. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information learned through the Site, including contract terms, rates, or company details, except as required to facilitate job placement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CONTRACTENGINEERINGJOBS.COM L.L.C. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Site, including any contracts entered into or opportunities missed.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any contract or arrangement you enter into through the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
